2. Media & Footage Retention
Furthermore, raw cinematography and photography footage is stored on secure, local redundant media arrays. Client master footage is retained for 90 days following final deliverable handoff to ensure client peace of mind.
3. Use of Personal Data
In addition, personal contact details are solely used to coordinate production schedules, deliver digital media galleries, and issue service quotations. We never sell, rent, or trade client personal information to third parties.
4. Portfolio & Broadcast Rights
Consequently, selected highlight videos and images may be showcased in our public portfolio and social media channels only with prior client consent obtained upon contract signing.
